Vice President, Retail Services Operations
Dale Larkin is vice president of operations for Pivotal Home Solutions, an Illinois-based company that provides homeowners with peace of mind and added financial stability regarding their energy service delivery, systems and appliances through a suite of home protection products and services. He has held the position since 2011.
Larkin is responsible for front and back office operations for Pivotal Home Solutions and oversees the business divisions that manage billing, claims processing, credit and collections and facilities, as well as the teams that facilitate enrollments and manage utility billing interfaces. He manages relationships with a multi-state network of more than 700 highly-trained, professional service providers, a wholly-owned HVAC business in Illinois and an equipment leasing business in New Hampshire.
During his more than 30-year career within the organization, beginning as a Nicor Gas meter reader, Larkin has served as manager of field operations, director of business applications and senior human resources consultant. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations and information services where he was responsible for all information systems and information technology, including call center telephony systems, procurement and supply chain, contract administration and company operations.
Larkin graduated magna cum laude from Cardinal Stretch University. He and his wife live in Sycamore.
