Henry C. Wolf served as vice chairman and chief financial officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation, a holding company that controls a major freight railroad and owns a natural resources company and telecommunications company, from 1998, until his retirement in 2007. He served as executive vice president-finance for the company from 1993 until 1998 and as vice president-taxes from 1991 until 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Wolf held various other positions with increasing responsibility in the finance division from 1973 until 1991.
Mr. Wolf is currently a director of Hertz Global Holdings Inc.
Mr. Wolf, 69, has been a director of AGL Resources since April 2004.
